The flavonoids present in Bergamot oil are known to help soothe the nerves and reduce nervous tension, anxiety, and stress, all of which can help cure ailments associated with stress; high blood pressure, insomnia, and depression.

Lavender oil is believed to have antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties, which can help to heal minor burns and bug bites. It may be useful for treating anxiety, insomnia, depression, and restlessness. Lavender is great for relaxation and winding down. It’s calming and soothing on the skin. Lavender essential oil is also known improve blood circulation, promote hair growth, and prevent hair loss.

Colloidal oatmeal binds to your skin and forms a protective barrier; helping to hold in moisture and ease inflammation. An oatmeal bath will leave your skin feeling soft and silky while gently cleansing and easing irritation.

Directions for use: Pour 1-2 scoops of salt soak into the warm running water to help it dissolve faster. (More or less scoops to your liking and or tub size) Soak for at least 15 minutes, 2 or 3 times a week for best results.

Shelf life: approx 4-6 months, after this time fragrance and potency of essential oil(s) may fade.
